Mr.Juan carlos is from the Republic of Costa Rica. He graduated from the University of Costa Rica. He is an electrical engineer and currently working at the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad which is the government run utility in Costa Rica. I have always been living and working here in Costa Rica.He serves as the VP for Membership & Image ,IEEE PES
